  • No, I am an out-of-network provider. Please note that Intensives, Workshops, and Couples Counseling are generally not covered by insurance, as they typically do not meet their strict "medical necessity" criteria.

However, group therapy and individual therapy can be reimbursed by insurance. This requires a separate diagnostic intake. I can then provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

To keep my services accessible, I reserve 20% of my practice for sliding-scale clients. If cost is a barrier to care, please reach out to discuss current availability and the application process.

  • Therapy is a profound investment in yourself, and I honor that by being upfront about my rates. You will find clear pricing listed next to every service I offer. Whether you are looking for a deep-dive intensive or a weekly group, my goal is to provide you with all the information you need to move forward with confidence.

My Therapeutic Approach

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate approach that views the mind as a system of different "parts," such as a self-critical part or a perfectionist part. In therapy, we work to help your Core Self, the calm, curious center of who you are, connect with and heal these parts. This process helps unburden your system from old wounds and creates lasting internal harmony.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized therapy designed to help the brain heal from traumatic or distressing memories. By using bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or tapping), we help your brain reprocess past experiences so they no longer trigger intense emotional or physical distress in the present. It allows you to remember what happened without feeling like you are constantly reliving it.

  • Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach that helps your nervous system release stored tension from past stress or trauma. Instead of just talking about the "story," we focus on physical sensations to help your body complete its natural "fight, flight, or freeze" responses. By gently processing these sensations, we move your system out of a state of high alert and back into a sense of safety and calm.

  • You don't have to choose just one. I often integrate IFS, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing because they work together to heal the mind, the memory, and the nervous system simultaneously. Throughout our time together, we will discuss your specific goals: whether that is processing a specific traumatic event, understanding complex internal conflicts, or regulating a chronic sense of stress. Together, we will create a flexible framework that uses the right tool for where you are in your healing journey at any given moment.

  • Intensives are tailored to you. We will communicate prior on what length of intensive may be right for you.

    3 hour Intensives:

Best For: mapping connections and pushing through one “stuck point”. For example, a difficult decision or mapping parts that come up for you in certain environments. This is best for finding insight and trailheads for continued work on your own or with a therapist.

    Multi-Day Intensives

Best For: processing and releasing traumatic experiences or deeply held negative beliefs developed over a lifetime or even generations. A multi-day intensive can achieve lasting change and relief that could take months or years to target in weekly therapy.
