Hi, I’m Kelsey

I believe that even our most "difficult" behaviors carry a positive intent. Whether you are leading a boardroom or a household, the internal friction you feel isn’t a sign of failure, it’s a signal from a part of you that needs to be heard.

Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I partner with parents and professionals to transform internal conflict into clarity.

The Philosophy: You are the Expert

In this space, we shift away from "fixing" and toward "unburdening." There are two things you should know about how I work:

  • You are the authority on your own experience. My role is to hold the space of curiosity and compassion while you navigate your internal landscape.

  • You do the healing; I facilitate the connection. Your Self - the core of you that is courageous, calm, and confident - does the heavy lifting. I help you access that Self so you can lead your life from a place of stability.

What to Expect from Me

I bring my full, authentic self into our sessions. This means:

  • Intellectual Curiosity: I love to "nerd out" on psychology, politics, and science. If a part of you is skeptical or prone to existential dread, that part is deeply welcome here.

  • Humor and Metaphor: The "silly" part of me often makes an appearance. I believe healing requires lightness. We will use metaphors to bring your internal world to life. And yes, if you drop a magnificent metaphor, I’ll likely ask to "borrow" it for future clients!

  • Adaptive Flow: While I provide structure, this is your process. We move at your pace, monitoring what lands and pivoting when it doesn't.
