Curated IFS-Informed Group Experiences
Bring Your Own Group
True leadership and deep connection start from the inside out. I facilitate custom therapy and processing groups for self-organized cohorts. These could be groups of friends, colleagues, or community members who already share a foundation of trust.
Whether you are an executive team, a veteran’s circle, or a close-knit group of parents, I help you bring Internal Family Systems (IFS) depth to your existing internal and external dynamics. You bring the people; I bring the framework to move your group from reactive friction to Collective Self-Leadership.
Why start with those you know?
Starting with a group you already know and trust lowers the barrier to vulnerability. It allows us to unburden the parts of ourselves that usually stay guarded in professional or social settings. When your circle learns to speak the language of parts together, you create a culture of clarity, compassion, and courage that lasts long after our sessions end.
Formats Available
Ongoing Group:
The Collaborative Circle
Best for: Parents, entrepreneurs, or friends who want a shared language for the long haul.
Growth is a practice, not an event. This format is for groups who want to stay connected as they evolve. By meeting regularly (weekly to monthly) for 60-90 minutes, we ensure that the insights from our deeper work don't get lost in the daily grind. We provide a consistent container for parts to be heard and for the Self to lead, creating a durable network of mutual support.
Pricing: $50-75/Member/Session
2–4 Hour Workshop:
The Internal Introduction
Best for: Teams or groups new to IFS who want a high-impact feel for the work.
This focused session shifts the perspective from "managing others" to "understanding parts." We explore the basics of the IFS model, identify common group "protectors" (like the Inner Critic or the Workaholic), and practice foundational tools for staying centered. It’s an ideal way to learn a different shared language for your community. Can accommodate larger groups off site or virtually.
Pricing: $200/hour
1–3 Day Retreat:
The Communal Intensive
Best for: Founding teams, masterminds, or circles facing a transition or seeking a reset.
When a few hours isn’t enough, a dedicated retreat provides the spaciousness needed for profound shifts. Over one or three days, we step away from daily "doing" and move into "being." This immersive format allows for deeper unburdening and facilitated parts-work that strengthens the bonds of trust within your system.
I can help curate accommodations and outside activities, or we can build around a trip your group already has planned.

Frequently Asked Questions

You don't need to be a leader or have it all figured out — you just need to be the person who brings it up. Fill out the interest form, and I'll help you think through what format might fit (a single workshop, an ongoing circle, or a retreat) before anything is decided. You can explore this for your group individually without committing them to anything yet.
-
That's completely normal, and it doesn't mean the idea is wrong for your group. Many groups start with a single low-commitment session (the 2-4 Hour Workshop) as a way to "try it on" before considering an ongoing format. It's also okay if not everyone participates right away, some groups grow and add members over time.
-
Yes, it's different — this isn't individual therapy and doesn’t have to be deep dive group therapy. No one is required to disclose more than they want to. The work is about learning a shared language (the IFS "parts" framework) for understanding reactions and patterns, both individually and as a group. You're always in control of what you share. We also set the intention of the group clearly from the start.
-
Actually, the opposite is usually true. Groups that already share trust: friends, colleagues, a moms' group, a peer circle — tend to go deeper faster than strangers would, because the foundation of safety is already there. The goal isn't to create new vulnerability out of nowhere; it's to give an existing relationship a better shared language.
-
Yes. Standard confidentiality practices apply to everyone in the group, the same as any group setting. I'll walk through exactly what that means and any limits to confidentiality in general and in a group setting before we begin.
-
A simple way to introduce it: "I came across this opportunity - a therapist who works with existing groups like ours on building a shared language for handling stuff. I thought it sounded interesting and wanted to see if anyone else would want to look into it with me." From there, I'm happy to answer your group's questions directly, or join a quick call with whoever's curious.
-
Totally flexible. Some groups start with the Workshop to test the waters, then move into the Ongoing Circle. Others come together for a retreat and decide afterward if they want continued sessions. We build the format around what your group actually needs, not the other way around.
-
Pricing varies by format (see above) and is usually split among members or covered by whoever's organizing — there's no single "right" way to handle it. We can talk through what makes sense for your group's situation.
